To Mr. Andrew Smith C.E.O Wilma Finances Pvt Ltd IT Park, Cathedral Street New York, America Date: May 4th, 2012 Subject: A letter of intent to use Dear Mr. Smith, I am John Morrison, Attorney of Mr. Richard Graham from New Life NGO, New York, America, writing to you regarding the harassment case which was filed on May 2nd, 2012 against your corporation Wilma Finances Pvt. Ltd. I have been informed that some of your company members from accounts department have harassed Mr. Graham, who visited to your company to collect the donation amount from you for his NGO. As per the complaint received, I have learned that your company members have shouted on him and made derogatory remarks on him & threatened him to not to visit them again for raising fund. All these remarks and bad behaviour have frightened my client. If your company members continue to harass my client, either through phone calls or in person, I will officially take a legal action against your company’s employees and your organization Wilma Finances Ltd as well.
