A patent for an invention is the grant of a property right to the inventor, issued by the patent attorney and Trademark Office. Patent Drafting: If the search result indicates that the inventive concept is novel and may contain patentable subject matter, a draft of the patent application is prepared for filing with the U.S.PTO.
