There are many stones here and there in our world. Some of them are smooth and exquisite, while some of them are rough and ordinary. They are either on the road or mountains, by the river or in the field. Like them, we human beings seem to be familiar with each other, but we are strangers sometimes. Even we meet others everyday, but actually we can not really understand them! Yes, every stone has its won story. Despite what its shape is and where it comes from, he will become a unique stone after undergoing strong winds, heavy rain and hot sun. Like them, we will experience a lot in our whole life and we will ask ourselves: who we are and how do I become that people? We make great efforts to look for the answer, but it seems that we could not find a suitable way to open the door of self discovery and to find our truth. After hearing a story about stone told by an experienced psychologist, we have a new method to clarify our own stories and gain the power to make us excellent for the future. Everyday our mood is different we will come across different people and things, so it is difficult for us to get along with our mood. Besides, we live in a complex society that we should try to do with different relationship flexibly. Hence, we try to understand ourselves and others every day, but we do not get it. Therefore, the subject of managing mood, relationship and ourselves has been probed into forever. When I was troubled by this question and felt annoyed, I paid a visit to an experienced psychologist and he enlightened me step by step. Firstly, he chatted with me lightly, and then listened to my experiences patiently, carefully and considerately. Afterwards, he told several stories about stones to me. Finally, he encouraged to be brave and modest likestones, which is nature and easy for people to accept on any occasion. To be honest, I came to light and loved stones from then on.
