As the Edison said, the genius should have 99% perspiration and 1% inspiration. It is no deny that inspiration is very important for artists when they compose, however, inspiration is so abstract that no one can know when it will appear or disappear. The film named “Obscurity” tells a story about inspiration. A young man called Deman, lin studied sculpture at an art school. Usually he was very diligent and hard-working, but now he came across a difficult, that is, he didn’t know how to finish the sculpture when he faced a piece of granite that had a weight of 2 tons. Hence, he made many attempts to gain inspiration. After hard struggle, finally he realized it was useless to try to play like others. Only by being himself can he gain unique inspiration. After watching this film, I have learnt an important lesson. At first sight, we are ordinary like stones on earth, but in fact we are different from others in terms of appearance, personality, ability, hobbies and so on. As the saying goes, no leaf looks exactly the same as the other in the world. Some twins are quite different if you get in touch with them deeply. Ok, now let me tell you my embarrassing experience in the past. When I entered a famous high school, I was assigned to a new dormitory, which consisted of 10 students. At first, I didn’t know one of my roommates had a twin sister in the next classroom. One day, when I walked on the playground, I saw her sister, mistook her as my roommate and hospitably greeted to her. She looked at me confusedly and left away. At that moment, I felt quite upset and thought she was unwilling to make friends with me. Nevertheless, when I returned to my dormitory, I found she was sleeping on the bed and her twin sister was washing her clothes in the public bathroom. Hence, I realized the truth. When my roommate was awaked, she told me that there was an obvious difference between them, that is, there was a scar on her forehead, because she tripped over a stone in the childhood, but her twin sister didn’t have it.
