In order to get clear skin and get rid of acne an acne sufferer needs the proper information so he can find what is the best acne treatment. While doing online research a person will find much advice from people willing to help. Where should an acne sufferer go to for advice that will prove to be trustworthy, effective and will clear up his acne and get clear skin? My approach to acne is a totally fresh one. What made me do this? Let me explain what caused me to do this. Many ex acne sufferers have written many acne e-books written and offer them online for sale. However, ask yourself the question: are these really the facts on acne? Or maybe it more truthful that their advice is just what they personally have experienced and what they have heard from doctors? These books have also been purchased and read by clients who come to my clinic – but they still have acne. They rigorously followed the unusual diets and unfortunately some even developed more health issues – for example by eating apples for three days. So it's worth asking the question: is the information presented correct? The Internet is full of articles and e-books purporting a link between acne breakouts and the intake of dairy products. What do the facts show? Undoubtedly acne and dairy is linked. This assumption is based on the hormones in the milk. Are hormones the culprit? Over the years I have worked with hundreds of acne sufferers and I have seen that the cause of acne is not hormones in dairy products. This may sound weird because acne is thought of predominantly as a teenage problem. Acne breakouts are experienced by women during their monthly period, so if this is the case, then why don't all women experience acne? Why do some people suffer from acne all of their life? Do hormones affect them more that other people? Or should we be challenging the hormone/acne theory? 'Experts' often blame cow's milk. Various doctors are quoted to back up the claims made in various acne books for sale. The books claim that it is hormones in milk which is causing the acne outbreak. In my extensive experience treating clients with acne I have never found this to be true. Milk products can cause spots – but only one type of spot. Dairy isn't the root problem of all spots. Secondly, when I introduce enzymatic lactase supplements to the diet, then the spots clear up. Therefore it is proven that over and over that dairy: first of all is not the cause of all acne and secondly the issue is connected with the inability for the body to digest lactose in milk. What has happened is that all types of spots are lumped together under the heading acne. Actually types of spots are all different and are cause by various factors, and this happens with each acne sufferer. This knowledge has helped me identify different types of spots and then link them with health issues in the body. Then I can work on clearing each type of spot until a person obtains clear skin. It is my conviction that anyone who suffers from acne should be treated in this manner. So a 'one solution' treatment for all types of acne just doesn’t exist, even though you will find many 'miracle' cures on the Internet. Is there a connection between acne and diet? Definitely, but not always. In some cases I have treated, clients have had a healthy diet, no dairy, few carbs, no sugar, no meat and spots still develop on a daily basis. So the conclusion is that the root cause of the problems can't be diet. Unquestionably each person needs to enjoy a healthy diet. Sometimes more serious factors are the root cause of the problem. Acne is a serious thing and it has to be treated that way. If an acne sufferer just sticks to some strange diet he has got from the Internet, he/she isn't getting to the root cause of the acne problem. Before parting with your hard-earned cash on any 'miracle cure' e-book, please ask yourself: "How many people as this person treated?" Is this just some sales pitch? Only by treating a wide range of clients on an individual basis can acne truly be understood. You will find that my method of acne treatment is revolutionary – a truly fresh approach.
