As we know, Microsoft is very famous all over the world because of its high technology of computers. One there was a young man went to it and applied for a job. At first, the manager was very confused, for he didn’t publish any advertisement of recruitment. Then the young man spoke non-proficient English to explain that he happened to pass here and rushed in. After hearing that, the manager felt very extraordinary and decided to make an exception and let him have a try. To his surprise, the young man behaved very badly and explained to the general that he hadn’t well prepared for it in advance. Of course, the general thought he was making an excuse, so he answered thoughtlessly, “Try again when you are ready to do.” After one week, the young man walked into the gate of Microsoft again. This time he still didn’t succeed. But comparing with his behavior of first time, he behaved much better. The reply of the general was the same as before, “Try again when you are ready to do.” In this way, the young man walked into Microsoft for 5 times and he was finally admitted by the company and became the key person to be trained by the enterprise. In this world, there almost nothing is harder than stones, but softer than water? Nevertheless, soft water penetrated hard stones because of its perseverance. Maybe the journey of our life is filled with swamps and thorns, which will make us become a mass of bruises; maybe the path of beautiful sceneries is always tortuous, dark and rainy, but we should remember that we will see the charming sunshine and colorful rainbows after a heavy rain. Maybe our steps to walk forward are always heavy and stagger because of exhaustion, but we should adjust our attitudes and replenish energy. Maybe we have to fumble for a long time in the darkness, but we should believe that we will see the brightness in the future. Maybe our sincere belief will be entangled with the mist of customs and we couldn’t fly freely, but we should make our every effort to insist on our true beliefs. Maybe our noble souls won’t find pure lands temporarily in reality, but we should believe that time will tell. Then why couldn’t encourage us to try again bravely?
