The different kinds of meet used in Indian cuisine are Chicken, Mutton and Sea-food. Italian is another one of those famous cuisines. There are a number of Italian dishes that are very simple to cook and tastes great. Some of the most famous Italian dishes are Pizza, Lasagna, Fettuccine Alfredo, Pasta and Tortellini. Some of the basic ingredients used in Italian Cuisine are Tomato, Basil, Cream, Walnuts, Pine nuts, Rosemary, and Chili peppers. Italians use a lot of Bacon, Anchovy and other sea food for dressing salads. Italian like having coffee after every meal, some of Italy’s famous coffees are Cappuccino, Cafe latté, Espresso and Ristretto. Indonesian and Malaysian Cuisine slightly differ from other Asian Cuisine because it is influenced mainly by Indian, Chinese, Portuguese, Spanish and African Cuisines. As these two countries were ancient trading posts, traders from all over the world traded with these countries and some of these traders settled in these parts of the world making it a rich and diverse cuisine. Rice is the staple diet in these parts because 65% of the land is paddy fields. Indonesian and Malaysian dishes are generally hot and spice. French cuisine is unlike any other European Cuisine. The French are famous for their Pastries and Desserts. French flavored breads are a meal in its self. Some of the classic French Desserts are Crème Brulee, Savarins, Tarte Tatin, Crepe Cake and different kinds of soufflés. The basic ingredients used in French cooking are Potato, Leeks, Turnips, Apricots, Chicken, Beef, Pork, Goose, duck, snails and Horse meat for special occasions. Some famous main course French dishes are Normandy, Brittany, Loire Valley, Burgundy and Aveyron. A French meal is not complete without having French Wine. Street Food also plays an important role when it comes to world Cuisine. Unlike the authentic cuisine of a particular country the taste and the method of cooking differs, but however the dish retains the same name and is very cheap and cost efficient to cook.
