Cement ball mill capacity Cement mill is mainly used to grind the clinker and raw materials in cement industry and also can be applied in metallurgy, chemical, electric power and other industries to grind all kinds of ores. Cement mill is not only suitable for over-flow grinding, but also applicable for cyclic close-flow grinding together with powder collector. Cement Ball Mill The grinding medium of the ball mill is typically natural flint pebbles, ceramic pellets or metallic balls etc. Due to simple construction and high performance, ball mill is widely utilized for milling technology and mining industry. Ball mill has its broad application in many fine grinding operation like abrasives, chemical, confectionery, food processing, fuel preparation, metal powder, mineral preparation, paint preparation, paper, pigments for color industry, abrasives for grinding, plastics, cement and limestone etc. Cement ball mill capacity is incomparable. Cement Mill Technical Advantages 1. High capacity and Low consumption: the capacity of SCM series super-micro mill, compared with that of jet mill and mixing mill, has been improved by 40% under the same final fineness and electric power. 2. High fineness and Flexible adjustment: the final fineness can be adjusted from 325 meshes to 2500 meshes according to the requirements, and the fineness can reach D97??5um. 3. Trustworthy security: there is no rolling bearing and bolt in the mill chamber, therefore, the bearing and sealing elements will not wear out easily, and the bolts will not loose to make damage to the equipment. 4. Clean and environment-friendly: equipped with the pulse filter and sound absorber, the mill reaches the environment-friendly standard of our country and reduces the dust and noise greatly. Cement Grinding Mill Machine Africa Crusher manufacturers machinery is to become leaders in their respective markets by giving the customers the means to be more productive and profitable for generations to come, coupled with unparalleled customer service, training, education and support. Trend of cement manufacturing plant With an installed capacity of around 157 million tonnes per annum (mtpa) at end-March 2006, large cement plants accounted for 93% of the total installed capacity in India. The installed capacity is distributed over across approximately 129 large cement plants owned by around 54 companies. The structure of the industry is fragmented, although, the concentration at the top is increasing. The fragmented structure is a result of the low entry barriers in the post decontrol period and the ready availability of technology. However, cement plants are capital intensive and require a capital investment of over Rs. 3,500 per tonne of cement, which translates into an investment of Rs. 3,500 million for a 1 mtpa plant. The cement industry has witnessed substantial reorganisation of capacities during the last couple of years. Some examples of the consolidation witnessed during the recent past include: Multinational cement companies have also initiated the acquisition process in the Indian cement market. Cement Manufacturing Plant The cement manufacturing process begins when limestone, the basic raw material used to make cement. The limestone is combined with clay, ground in a crusher and fed into the additive silos. Sand, iron and bottom ash are then combined with the limestone and clay in a carefully controlled mixture which is ground into a fine powder in a 2000 hp roller mill. Next, the fine powder is heated as it passes through the Pre-Heater Tower into a large kiln, which is over half the length of a football field and 4.2 metres in diameter. In the kiln, the powder is heated to 1500 degrees Celsius. This creates a new product, called clinker, which resembles pellets about the size of marbles. The clinker is combined with small amounts of gypsum and limestone and finely ground in a finishing mill. The mill is a large revolving cylinder containing 250 tonnes of steel balls that is driven by a 4000 hp motor. The finished cement is ground so fine that it can pass through a sieve that will hold water. Zenith has been dedicated in cement manufacturing technology for long history.
