Dubai Museum: The Dubai museum is housed in the oldest building in the city and dates back to the late 18th century. It opened its doors to visitors in the early seventies and served as a gentle reminder on life as it used to be at the beginning. Extensions were later made to the originally restored rooms and building that now features an excellent walk-through display. 
Bastakiya Settlement: The Bastakiya settlement is among the oldest residential settlements in the area. It was originally designed to be the residential quarters of affluent citizens. However, that quickly faded away and it was turned into barracks for migrant oil workers, following the discovery of black gold. 
Atlantis: From the moment you set sight of it, to the time when you have to reluctantly walk out of its gates, everything about the Atlantis is supposed to bedazzle you. Among the largest waterfront properties with a facade that’s certain to leave one spellbound, the Atlantis is truly one of its kind. It is so gigantic in size that it even offers a resort-in-resort experience. Naysayers would be proved wrong if they were to step into its Imperial Club. With some of the most adrenalin pumping water park rides in the region, it is a firm favourite among those that seek some aquatic action, when on vacation. 
Burj Khalifa: This instantaneously recognizable landmark is an icon in itself. It is a beacon of pride for not just Dubai, but all of the UAE. From the fastest elevators to the highest observatory point in the world, everything about the Burj Khalifa has been designed to break records. It offers an experience like no other and tourists can even take a snack break while being perched high up in the sky. 
Dubai has a whole lot more to offer to its tourists and this is why they keep coming back for more. So the next time anyone is planning their trip, they should try out as many attractions as they can.
