With the emergence of businesses from the black clouds of recession the demand of serviced office for businesses within last some years had increased greatly. But the businesses that are based much on the means of communications like telephone and internet may not find the concept of serviced office for rent suitable for them as they need their individual telephone and internet connections for their normal functioning. • Businesses needing privacy and endurance: The concept of serviced office also provides flexibility benefit for owning the business premises for shorter period unlike traditional procedure of purchasing the premises for business. There is no binding upon the business to retain the premises for long time. There are several other facilities provided by the provider of serviced office on rent like facility to use more office space, meeting rooms and improved IT services as a part of package. But the businesses needing privacy, stability and endurance in the business circles may not like this concept. • Businesses needing space at prime location: Normally businesses flourish at prime locations irrespective to the size of city. The facility of serviced office to rent is normally available in large cities all over the world where business space is not readily available at prime locations. But the cost effectiveness of the concept vanishes away when a business in large cities need larger space at prime locations. Thus, going through all the benefits of the concept of serviced office space it can be concluded that even if the concept of serviced office on rent is very beneficial for some businesses but it may not be suitable for every business. Though every business wants a cost effective arrangement like serviced office for rent for its establishment but if it is not suitable to the nature of its functioning then it is only wastage of time and money.
