To me, successful life is that we could live happily, so many people are eager to own happiness, nevertheless, not everyone could own happiness, so some people think God is unfair and complain about their bad fates, unsuccessful careers and difficult colleagues. In fact, they aren’t the key factors to cause your unhappiness, for whether you are happy or not is determined by yourself. Besides, happiness is a kind of mentality, which comes from your inner heart. Hence, you can create a happy mood at any time. The majority of people can become happy according to their will. Then how can we gain happiness? Firstly, smiling is an effective way to become happy instantly. If our mood is always in a low state and feel our feet are too heavy for us to walk, then we will be frustrated. If you seem to cry all the time, then no one will be willing to take notice of you. Then how to change these bad situations? Simply, as long as you take a deep breath, raise your head, swelled your chest, smile and make a vivid posture. Like SARS, smile will infect people, so if you smile to a person sincerely, he won’t get angry with you. Secondly, relaxation is good for you to reduce stresses. Happy people will always say to themselves: I am quite happy and I will do things better and better. If you say some words to yourself repeatedly, you will unconsciously feel happy. Thirdly, imagination is also a shortcut for you to gain happiness. When we are lonely or experience setback, we might as well think of our favorite families, lover and friends, who love us deeply and support us all the time. It is no deny that no one could accompany you forever, so when you are alone, you can imagine they are standing by you and encourage you to walk forward bravely. Fourthly, you can talk loudly. It is obvious that people who are repressed talk in a low voice and aren’t confident or happy at all. Therefore, you should try to improve you volume, but you mustn’t shout others.
