Similarly other systems can get affected causing high blood pressure, increased cholesterol and cardiac disease, the high blood pressure can also cause stroke. Alcoholism marriages must be dealt with great sensitivity with the right counselling and de-addiction centres, the problem can be solved. It is important to understand that till the person stops drinking the changes in personality cannot be reversed, so the first step is always de-addiction therapy.
