Football (also known as soccer) is an important game to many people. Most men (and women) are ready to sacrifice their other needs just to make sure they get a ticket for tomorrow's big match. The drills are helpful in many ways; for instance, they help improve the player's performance. These trainings come in different types. This training can be made more specific to an individual especially when the player is the only one to take care of that position. For instance, in a 4-5-1 formation, where there is a single forward, the coach will have to do more work in making sure that his single forward will perform well. Football practice drills for fitness are divided into aerobic and anaerobic trainings. Fitness is an important part of the game because the players are often exposed to continuous movements and strenuous activities. An example of a good aerobic drill is jogging.
