Sometimes the reason why you're struggling with writing is that you're just tired and could use a rest. If that's the case, the solution is simple--lie down and go to sleep for a while. When you wake up you will probably feel more able to focus on writing. The whole issue of not being able to write (writer's block) is really a psychological barrier that is deceiving. You can feel like you can't write, and you can fear that you're not able to write any more, but in reality your ability to put an article together is still there.
