The ladies who are expecting have not only to take care of their health but also have to keep a track on their diet. A balanced diet which is high in minerals, vitamins, fibres should be consumed which is beneficial for both the child and mother. At a certain point of time the married couples start planning their family. But incomplete knowledge regarding pregnancy can be hazardous for you. The first thing you should know is how to get pregnant. Reading your cervical mucus, menstrual cycle, pinpointing ovulation and knowing the better sex positions can increase the chances of getting pregnant. Many women who have inadequate information do the mistake of eating a papaya which leads to uterine contractions. But, ripe mangoes are excellent for a pregnant lady as are rich in Vitamin C. The food for pregnant womenshould be prepared in a watchful way. Pineapple is the other fruit that should not be included in the pregnancy diet chart. The fruit contains brome lain which softens the cervix that causes an early labour. A lady expecting a child should go for a time to time check up and follow the pregnancy advice which is recommended by the experienced doctor. In the entire process of pregnancy that takes nine months the pregnancy diet is very crucial to stick to as the eating disorders can reduce the chances of conceiving.
