Using crystals and vases for a wedding is an elegant way to combine a typically expensive item with one that is relatively cheap. The combination can make the décor appear as though you spent a fortune, when really, it was quite inexpensive and budget-friendly. The decorations are sure to stand out to almost every guest attending. Crystal-Wrapped Vases One option for creating the centerpiece is to buy a tall, cylinder-shaped clear or pink flower potand put a white pillar candle inside of it. Place it in the center of the table, then wrap a section of crystal garland around the base of the vase. This option will be best for guest tables. Varying Heights Vases Buy clear square and rectangle vases in various heights. For example, buy one that is a tall and rectangle, another that is short and square and a third one that is a height between the first two. Find candles to fit each one. Use glass glue to adhere small, flat-backed crystals onto the outside of each vase. You can attach them in a haphazard fashion or in a pattern, such as a flower on each side of the holder. The vases are available online or through home goods stores; the flat-backed crystals are available online or at a craft store. Birch Branches with Color Buy one or two clear rectangle vases and fill them three quarters of the way with clear color fill. Bury a colored LED cube in the color fill; choose one that accompanies the other colors in your wedding. Stick in tall birch branches, preferably those that have silver glitter painted onto them.
