We told you before, the well-being of your spiritual and natural body is important to us. We want these things for you, and we are confident you will find them through the practice of the Holistic Healing Arts. But it is our duty as dictated to us by ????? (Sakinah), who has revealed the Will of the Father through Scripture that we cannot and must not neglect The Law of Love: "If ye fulfil the royal law according to the scripture, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself, ye do well: But if ye have respect to persons, ye commit sin, and are convinced of the law as transgressors. For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all. For he that said, Do not commit adultery, said also, Do not kill. Now if thou commit no adultery, yet if thou kill, thou art become a transgressor of the law. So speak ye, and so do, as they that shall be judged by the law of liberty. For he shall have judgment without mercy, that hath shewed no mercy; and mercy rejoiceth against judgment"(James 2:8-13). Love has supremacy over all other Christian virtues including faith (1 Corinthians 13:12-13). This means we are to put Love above our own salvation (Mark 16:16). For what virtue is there in saving yourself from a sinking ship while abandoning the rest? This is an act of cowardice and does not befit the Corps of Believers. Your faith is good for you, but it does no one else any good (1 Corinthians 13: 1+2). To place your faith over the well-being of others is a supreme act of selfishness and greed and is contrary to the Christian virtue of love. How can Love supersede Faith – your very salvation? Your faith is a freely given act of Grace, the supreme gift of Love from Abba above (Ephesians 2: 1-9). We did nothing to deserve faith. We cannot force someone else to believe or even make ourselves believe. It is a freely given gift of love to us from Above. Love, however, is the supreme act of freewill on our part. Love is our own act of free choice, and we have to choose this act for ourselves. God does not love for us – we have to choose and act upon love. This is why love supersedes faith. Reverend A.R.
