Attempt, conspiracy and aiding, if we call them the cruelest, wicked, and evilest kinds of crime then it will not be wrong at any cost. By the passage of time when the population is increasing at the peak rate so the problems are also initiating its new aspects and the crime is one of those problems seem to be increasing with each second passes by. The increment in the world of crime is because of the fact that everyone wants the authority over others and wants to have a control over them; moreover people are very keen about luxury and being rich so they do not feel ashamed by owning such sinful and hatred shortcuts of earning money. No one cares that there is a hell to pay after becoming a criminal and if their crime becomes unveiled in the society then there is no any respect for criminal, because being a criminal is more than living with abuse. ATTEMPT: If attempt is to be defined in the simplest words then it means that when a criminal intends to commit some crime, try doing that crime too but fails to accomplish that particular crime then the criminal is considered guilty for the attempt of that crime. The most hatred attempt is beyond any doubt a murder attempt that is very common these days too. Murder attempt means that if someone shoots another one but misses the exact shot is found guilty for the murder attempt. Likewise, attempt can be of any crime like robbery, rape, assault etc. CONSPIRACY: When two or more people plans for doing some crime together by creating the dramatic scenes against that particular person who is going to be victimized then this is called something conspiracy. This is the most fatal and smooth way of harming others by creating the dramatic plots against them. Conspiracy crime seems to be very common in the higher levels of the society or even at government level too, in which the public service departments like, police, rangers, education department etc can be involved. AIDING: In conspiracy, two parties make agreement to commit some specific crime by mutual planning, but in aiding it is like that to support or just help criminal by providing him some money, favor, or even house for sheltering. So the major difference between conspiracy and aiding is that in the crime of aiding no parties make agreement or plan to accomplish the crime; they just aid the criminal by advising, supporting financially, or by sheltering them. It is the wholly factual fact that the crime of any kind cannot be justified and a criminal of any crime should be punished strictly so that the others get lesson by it and do not even dare to think about committing that throughout their entire lives. Government of every state has laws and orders of such crimes like attempt, conspiracy and aiding but what actually the need of time is to implement them strictly by means controlling these fast growing evil crimes that snatch the thousands of the lives from innocent people on daily basis.
