R&M Publishing is pleased to announce a Black Friday/Cyber Monday special: the Kindle edition of their unusual novel, “Ring Of Daggers”, by the husband and wife writing team Jaime & Raechel Faulkner, will be FREE from Friday, 23 November 2012 (i.e. Black Friday) through Monday, 26 November 2012 (i.e. Cyber Monday).
This novel features an intriguing mix of murder, mystery and ancient legend.

David Nelson, a math teacher from an obscure boarding school in the northwest of England, is the hero of “Ring Of Daggers”. On a trip to Paris, Nelson discovers an ancient and intriguing artifact. The object is linked to an ancient legend involving the Doomsday Calendar, and Nelson soon finds himself embroiled in a perilous quest that takes him around the world in an attempt to decipher the mystery of the artifact and foil the efforts of a small band of zealots hell-bent on revenge, thus preventing a disaster of epic proportions. The globetrotting amateur sleuth finds adventure, murder, and romance on his journey.
“Ring Of Daggers” incorporates elements of a previous book from the R&M Publishing stable entitled “Magic Squares,” a little-known mathematical curiosity dating back to 2,800 B.C. Magic squares have been used in the East for hundreds of years as a means of divination known as the Yantra, a practice believed by Eastern religions to have magical benefits.
Jaime & Raechel have flexed their writing muscle in “Ring Of Daggers”, breaking away from their usual books of poetry and short stories, to create a tale that will appeal to devotees of mysteries, adventure stories and exotic legends.
R&M Publishing is a relatively new venture, but the owners have big plans for the small publishing house. Plans are in the works to open the publisher’s doors to a wide variety of additional options including print-on-demand and eBooks, as well as software.
