05/21/12 -- Ship FinanceInternational Limited ("Ship Finance") (NYSE: SFL) plans to releaseits preliminary financial results for first quarter 2012 onThursday May 24, 2012. The Company plans to host a conference calland a webcast for all shareholders and interested parties onThursday May 24, 2012 at 10:00 AM (EST) / 4:00 PM (Central EuropeanTime).
