How can you tell which Miami Beach realtor you should use? As you look through all their credentials you check items off your list- good customer testimonials, excellent web presence, great track record and of course exceptional communication. But how do you know which is the right fit for you?
How about starting with how they market? Some realtors market themselves differently than how they market their properties. Sound crazy? Examine prominent Miami Beach realtors. Some of these professionals put so much time and money into marketing themselves and hope that by doing so markets the properties they personally represent. There is nothing wrong with this until they do one of two things. They manage to pass this cost on to you the potential buyer OR they emphasize marketing themselves to you opposed to that dream home you have been searching for. In 2010, records indicate that over 75% of home buyers in Miami Beach ended up using an online realtor instead of the traditional office based realtor. This leads to the question of “how much do the street signs, the open houses and foot work marketing strategies actually work?” Could this be the end to traditional real estate marketing? With the growing trend of smart phones capable of full internet browsing in addition to specialized apps that allow potential buyers to freely interact with the MLS, isn’t it time your office stepped up and moved beyond the typical realtor marketing and into whats really important- the properties?
