And the thin mesmerising aroma that gets released on snapping reminds of the freshness and the class of the Belgian chocolates. Belgians are the highest producers of the chocolates in the world market and without compromising on the quality of the chocolates that is the base for the comparison of all other chocolates that comes out. Callebaut is a major Belgian company that manufacture chocolates and is a major supplier of the bulk chocolates to the world market. Callebaut chocolates are a part of the Swiss company Barry callebaut of which callebaut is a major part. The Swiss company Cocoa Barry which was a rival company of the Belgian part callebaut which after merger became Barry Callebaut in the year 1996 with the headquarters in Zurich, Switzerland. But even after the merger Callebaut operates with its offices in Belgium. The merger resulted in the up gradation of the production and Barry Callebaut Chocolate became the “world’s biggest chocolatier” of chocolate in the year 2005. The world is a fan of the Italian cheese but the fame of Italian chocolates is too not to be forgotten. The Italian is also the major producers of the chocolates that are known for the quality again.
