Before the cutting, the mouth of saw blade should be as high as 10-20mm from the waste material. After the cutting, the distance between the mouth of saw blade and the bottom of waste materials should be 20-40mm. Fourth, after the stable empty rotation of saw blade, you can try the cutting, seriously forbidding the start of the saw blade when the cutting edge of saw blade touches the waste materials and the stop of rotation of saw blade in the cutting process which can be stopped after the exit of blade head. Fifth, if the waste material is found shaking in the cutting process, the saw blade should be stopped until the fix of waste material. Keep in mind that not to move the waste material at will in the cutting process. Sixth, when there is the phenomenon of obvious speed decrease of saw blade, there must be the causes of belt skid or pressure nut loose which should be adjusted in time. Seventh, control the speed of cutting which is depended on the performance of processing materials, meaning that every material has its own cutting speed. If the cutting speed is too high, the diamond will be worn quicker and even be fallen off which will lead to the quick consumption of saw blades. If the speed is too low, the saw blade can not be processed normally in the self-sharpening which will lose the cutting ability and become blunt and slippery. In usual situation, the speed of entering should be slow and the cutting process should be in a constant speed. Eighth, the using saw blade differs according to the hardness of stone materials. As for the medium hardness stone materials, such as marbles and limestone, they can be cut through once. But for the harder stone material and the abrasive ones, such as the granite, sandstone, they should be cut in several steps. To sum up, the basic requirements of cutting craftsmanship is cutting the stone materials with low hardness and good cutting performance deeply and slowly or shallowly and quickly. For the same stone material and corresponding saw machine and saw blades, the four conditions are interrelated and supple each other, that is, high cutting efficiency, cutting board with good quality, saw blade with long service life and matrix with good crafts parameters. If the cutting speed of saw blade is not as high as before, you can decrease the depth of cutting and increase the cutting speed to sharpen the saw blade.
