Dissolve And Flush Out Gallstones Painlessly.

Health
Gallstones are solid particles that form in the gallbladder and are made from bile; a liquid made in the liver to help in the digestion of fats. Bile contains different substances, including cholesterol and bilirubin, a yellowish substance of normal breakdown of old red blood cells in the liver. The gallbladder stores bile until it is needed.

When we eat a meal which is high in fat and cholesterol, the gallbladder injects bile into the small intestine to assist in the digestive process. Gallstones inside the gallbladder would normally not cause problems. Gallbladder disease is mostly caused by gallstones. The pain is usually a severe and constant pain, and can last up to five hours.

When gallstones mix with bile, they can cause a blockage of the outflow of bile. These stones can also block digestive enzymes from the pancreas. If the blockage continues, the organs can become inflamed. This can become a life-threatening situation, especially if the gallbladder gets infected or if the pancreas gets seriously inflamed.

Gallstones can appear as cholesterol stones or pigment stones. Approximately 80% of the stones are cholesterol stones. They are formed when the bile salts contains too much cholesterol. The stones can be any size, from very small as a grain of sand or fine gravel to as large as a golf ball. Smaller stones will be leading to the formation of bigger stones.

Gallstones appear more often in females than in males; people who are overweight; middle-aged women, although older people have a bigger change to get more serious complications from gallstones. Up to 20% of adults in the United States have gallstones, but only 1% to 3% develop symptoms.

Symptoms of gallstones can include: fever; nausea and vomiting; persistent pain; belching, indigestion, bloating; intolerance for fatty or greasy foods, and a yellowing of the skin or the whites of the eyes. The most usual symptom is pain in the upper right part of the abdomen. The pain normally starts within 30 minutes after eating fatty or greasy food.

About 60 to 80% of the people who have gallstones have no symptoms at all. Their gallstones are normally asymptomatic, meaning they don't produce symptoms, and so don't require any treatment. These people found out about having gallstones when symptoms occur.

An ultrasound is the best way to find out if the gallbladder contains stones, or about other signs of inflammation or infection. It is completely noninvasive and involves no exposure to radiation. A CT scan is like an X-ray, but more detailed. It can detect gallstones, blockages, and other complications. The treatment Extracorporeal shockwave lithotripsy (ESWL) generates shock waves to break gallstones up into tiny pieces. This treatment can cause attacks of intense pain in the right upper part of the abdomen and is therefore not recommended.

Physical activity (exercises) is essential as inactivity can lead to the formation of stones due to lazy gall-bladder type indigestion. Fasting is good to dissolve gallstones and should be done by only drinking water. After the fast, drink juice from grapefruit, carrot, beet, orange, lemon and grape for a couple of days. You should also take yoghurt, cottage cheese and a tablespoon of olive oil two times a day.

Try not to eat meat, fried foods, eggs, processed and denatured fats, sugar, ice cream, cakes, coffee, alcohol, soft drinks, and citrus fruits. Also, try to eat several smaller meals a day, instead of three large meals. The Gallstone Removal Report with easy, step-by-step instructions will tell you exactly how to safely and naturally rid your gallstones in less than 24 hours. http://www.healthstartpage.com/#gallstones
