Continuing on with the detailed explanation of how the Global Pool Commissions, which is the seventh type of commission that is paid out by Organo Gold, distributors will qualify for three shares in the Ruby Global Pool if they have generated three thousand CV in a particular leg in their own network. So one share is given to you or paid out to you for every one thousand commissionable volume (CV) generated in each leg of your network, from the time you reach the rank of Ruby Consultant or higher. There is no limit or cap on the number of legs that qualify you to receive additional shares of the global pool. However, at the rank of Ruby Consultant there is a limit to the number of shares that you can earn at that rank. When you get to the rank of Emerald Consultant you not only qualify to receive shares for your Emerald level but you also qualify to receive shares in the Ruby pool as well. The Emerald pool allows you the same number of legs to receive your qualification from and resultant number of shares but the number of shares that you are allowed to receive will be doubled. At the Diamond Consult rank your maximum number of shares that you are allowed to receive is increased and is larger than the maximum number that you were allowed to receive at the Emerald Consultant level. The numbers of shares are then increased further every time you increase your rank up the ladder of promotion within Organo Gold. No matter which level you achieve from Ruby and above, all those global pool commissions are released and you qualify for a share of all of those global pools created at the different ranked levels, based off whatever your ranking is at the time the commissions are calculated and released. So if you as a distributor in Organo Gold want to be in every single one of those global pools you need to achieve the highest rank possible in the organization in order to be given shares from every global pool below your rank and stopping obviously at the Ruby global pool. The Global Pool Commissions are calculated on a monthly basis but only pay out to the qualifying distributors every single quarter or only pay out at the end of every three month cycle. This global pool commission’s structure and application of the commissions is what is allowing Organo Gold to continually grow globally and also to allow so much cooperation amongst all the distributors to want to help one another.
