The best cookware sets are those that offer basic shapes and sizes, so that you can get more use from lesser equipment. However, to add practicality to your kitchen, do not be afraid to supplement a set with miscellaneous and non-matching cookware designed to handle other specific purposes. Always check that with steel cookware and induction cookware set, each individual pan is lightweight and easy to manoeuvre. A pan that is too heavy will be difficult to move with simple wrist movement and therefore will be less practical.
