Are you passionate about fashion and would love nothing more than to be somehow involved in the exciting world of new style and exciting wardrobes. Have you always enjoyed writing but perhaps never really welded your love of writing and fashion together before? Then perhaps it's time to create your own fashion fusion and explore the world of fashion journalism. At the time of writing, in the summer of 2011, retro is once more in vogue and the 1970's once again appear to be dominating along with a bit of flower power, albeit with a little more sophistication. Floral prints can be seen everywhere from the most glamorous of catwalk fashion shows and celebrity red carpets to the local high street during an afternoon of shopping. As the sun grows stronger in the sky, so it seems does the haze of floral print dresses. As ever, the celebrities that adorn the covers and inner pages of the weekly women's magazines appear to dictate the direction of a trend as the rest of the world follows without hesitation. There has perhaps never been a better time to take your interest in writing to a new and perhaps more serious level as the internet opens up a host of writing opportunities that may once have remained and elusive goal, reserved only for those that had university degrees. Now, anybody can write about their interests with the help of personal websites and blogs and display it for a hungry audience intent on lapping up new content. Design your site well enough and write with enough knowledge and passion and people will not only follow your fashion blog but previously unseen avenues may well open up before you. If this all sounds very enticing, then perhaps taking an online course in fashion journalism may be the next piece in your life's jigsaw puzzle, not only providing an opportunity to study again but to study something you love and are genuinely interested in. Most online courses are aimed at beginners so are suitable for almost everyone and many of them offer the possibility of further courses to enhance your skills or credits towards other qualifications. So if you are fervent about the floral prints of 2011 and fanatical about each and every fashion trend as and when they are unleashed upon the high street, then a career in fashion journalism may be within your grasp. papers writing
