Step two is the presentation, a company materials packet which contains certain items. Step three is the follow up process. Step number four is and so on. This will not happen if you do not have an orthodox religious system set in your organisation that you do not deviate from. That means if the presentation kit is a tape a video a book and a brochure that you don’t deviate from this setup because you might not like the tape or the brochure and replace those items that you don’t like with something else. A person on your first level notices that you are changing the set system so he then changes his at a certain stage because he learnt that deviation from you. He then sponsors his people who also see this deviation and then practice it themselves. The system then falls flat very quickly and it all leads to chaos. You have just shot yourself in the foot because you have destroyed your residual income because you deviated from the system. How do you change a system? You have to change it from within. You might not like the system that you sponsorship line has and applies. You don’t want to use that system. Then you need to quit and go and join another organisation. You can hold a leadership conference in your network say once every six months or once a year with the 'high pin levels' in your network marketing business who are the leaders. If the desire was to say change from book 'A' in the presentation pack to book 'B' each of those people in the leadership conference would get a copy of book 'B' to read. It would be read and discussed and then you the owner of that business must make a decision as to which book to use.
