A: China has made clear its position many times. China is always against one country'sputting its domestic law above international law or imposingunilateral sanctions on a certain country. Q: It is reported by the Philippine media that recently nearly onehundred Chinese ships had arrived at waters off the HuangyanIsland, ratcheting up tensions there. How does China comment? A: China took stronger administrative measures in light of thePhilippines' recent provocative moves in waters off the HuangyanIsland. As far as we know, there are now about 20 fishing boatsoperating in that sea area, the number of which is similar to thatof the same period in previous years. The fishing boats' method ofoperation is in line with relevant Chinese laws as well as thefishing moratorium of China. Q: It is reported that Director General of the IAEA Yukiya Amanorecently said that the agency would reach an agreement with Iran onthe framework settlement of the outstanding issues of the Iraniannuclear program.
