* Highest outdoor observation deck at 124th floor, nightclub on the 144th floor, highest pool at the 76th floor, and restaurant on the 122nd floor (1,450ft)
* To confront Dubai's heat, the exterior portico contains 22,000 cladding panels made of a reflective glazing, ingrained with several stainless steel tubular upright fins and aluminium as well as textured stainless steel spandrel panels
