This year, my partner and I planned to go out for dinner on Valentine's Day. Although there are many restaurants in Dublin, yet we were confused about which one would be the best. We scoured throgh the internet and came across many well-known restaurants present in Dublin. To determine the best one, we read the testimonials of the clients on the websites of the restaurants. Surprisingly, we came to about a very new concept called early bird dinner . Yes! Like you even we wondered what is it all about. We did some research on it and found out that early bird is a dinner served earlier than traditional dinner time. There are many restaurants in Dublin that offer a seating prior to the main dinner seating with a reduced priced menu. Seeing this, my partner and I were extremely delighted and decided to go for early bird dinner. We went to one of the very well known restaurants in Dublin where they had served us with lavish spread – starting from Chinese to Italian. I am so excited and thrilled to been there that I would love to share the experience we had in dinner. Delighted us with Chinese spread: Firstly, they served us with some authentic Chinese cuisines. The foods were tasty and were indeed finger-licking good. They first served us with some refreshing drinks like lemon barley drink and watermelon ice along with delicious starters like baby corn salt pepper, cauliflower in schezuan sauce, cantonese style pork and prawn dumplings , hom bao and many others. Then arrived the main course – lion's head meat balls, peking duck, sweet and sour pork, steamed whole fish and many others. Finally, we were served with delicious Chinese desserts like almond cookies, almond float, candied banana fritters, Chinese sponge cake with coconut icing and many others. Served us with Italian cuisines: Shelly (my partner, in case you wonder) and I, we both love Italian food. So, when we saw us serving with sumptuous Italian cuisines, I simply could not hold us back on seat (not literally!) They served us with different recipes of lip-smacking pasta such as pasta with broccoli, pasta and ricotta sauce, fresh egg pasta, fresh basil pasta, pasta with asparagus sauce and many others. They also served us with traditional Italian pizza like pizza margherita, pizza marinara, pizza al prosciutto, la napoletana, L'Atomica and others. They also delighted us by serving authentic Italian desserts – anisette toast, Italian cheesecake, chocolate salami, authentic Italian cannoli and many others. Finally came the Argentinian food: They offered us a wide variety of Argentinian drinks which included Mate which is one of most traditional drinks across Argentina, ginebra bols and cana – national specialty alcoholic drink in Argentina, and other common drinks like lemon, apple, and orange juice. Along with the drink they served us with some delicious appetizers – el martin fierro, empanadas tucumanas, chorizo sausage and others. Then came the lip-smacking main course such as steak, mixed asado, milanesa and tartas.
