Rules: If you are living in a gated society like apartment, condo and any other type of shared community, you will have to live by considering some rules and regulations that may limit you for doing anything including hosting your guests or making certain improvements. Summary When it comes to buy a home or condo, this is your decision because buying a home or condo has their own limitations and benefits. All you have to choose the location and property wisely. By buying a condo, you will get everything and sometimes more than a single family home. But the major drawback is that you won’t get mortgage easily and you may lost privacy sometimes. On the contrary, when you buy a single-family home, you will get full privacy but the privacy may cost you more. Overall, buying the condo is good option if you can manage above two drawbacks.
