Introductions: Nepal has always been the most prompted destination for the mountaineers, scholars, tourists etc. the reason behind the fact is that Nepal is the land of mountains with the enchanting beauties which can make anyone spellbound. It is the place where the great “mount Everest” is located. So over and all, Nepal hypnotises everyone with its beauty. But if you survey the place properly then you will see that the place lacks the basic necessities of living. Starting from education to industrialisations Nepal is at urge. Something needs to be done to change the economic structure of the country. What should be done? As we know that English is accepted as the mother tongue of the world, so as a volunteer you should be teaching English in Nepal in order to enhance the people to utilise their work in a proper appropriate way. English can bring prosperity and dignity o their work as the locals can able to interact with the trekkers, mountaineers and can act as guide for them throughout their excursions, and in return the locals can make a good earnings. Moreover they will also learn how to provide medical supports, managerial skills and information to the wildlife department and other various works. Through English the Buddhist monks and children can able to read the scriptures printed in English. They can hence teach Buddhism even to the other parts of the world which will bring a sudden change in their nature and behaviour hence enhancing the confidence present in them. And last but not the list it will bring a good change in their economic structure, Achievements: By volunteering overseas, you can get to see many cultures and disciplines followed by them. You will be able to learn the different aspects and standard of living of the abroad people. By helping the others, it will bring prosperity and achievements into your life and you will feel like being honoured. People will start praising you as you will open a door to their earning pattern. It will further make the outsiders more comfortable in order to interact with the guides as it becomes very difficult for the outsiders to understand the local languages. So if you are much awaited and thinking of literating the local publics in a way outer way then Nepal will be a good choice as the people out there are very cooperative and rejuvenating. Present scenario: Nowadays the economic condition of the world is not so promising and people are almost neglected from outer world’s modernisation and globalisation. By volunteering outside you will learn. You will learn how to grab personal skills by teaching in abroad. You will become much disciplined and you will slowly and steadily understand the language and all managerial skills. The present scenario of the country is really very pathetic as they were continuously going towards the dark. They were always kept neglected from industrialisation and as a matter of fact the infrastructure of the country is below average.
