Armalet"s ‘Mini Mafia" has always been electingfour members to be continuously present as members, in thedifferent building"s ‘Councils." These different‘Council"s" were headed, for the last eighteenyears, by a so called Gérard Barat who, on several occasionsopenly acknowledged and professed that he is waging a"Christian Holy War Crusade (against me) the MuslimRuwayha." Three other persons Cohen, Sfez and Assouline form,with Barat, a solid and ardent racist, bigot, discriminator andprejudice anti-Muslim and anti-Arab group. Aided by the syndic, whois part of the ‘Mini Mafia", they dictate, prescribe,impose, pressurize, ordain and bulldoze the budget, sign allcontracts, formulate different general assembly resolutions, etc.In other words, they totally control our building.
