Take some olive oil and then heat to make it warm. Just before going to bed apply this warm oil on your scalp and hair. Leave it on your hair for the whole night. Avoid consumption of sweets, candies, red meat, coffee, teas, spices, pickles and aerated drinks like cola and pepsi. 8. Pure coconut oil can also prove to be very effective in treating dandruff problem. Make it a daily practice of rubbing coconut oil on your hair.
