However, there are still a few people left that have no idea about poker deal and if they pass any home poker invitations from their friends. If you want to spend some quality time with your friends you should be learning a bit about poker. First of all you need to know that there are many variations to the game and it would be quite hard for you to learn them all at once so you should start with three of the most popular types of poker: Stud in which players keep the cards they are dealt, Texax Hold’Em – employing cards shared by each player and Draw, which gives players the opportunity to replace some of the cards in their hands. In Texas Hold’em you need to deal 2 cards to each player, face down. Each player must pay a certain blind or ante – according to the previously set game rules and then each player will be dealt another faced down card and then another round, the first player getting the cards will be the one sitting on your left. The second step is to start with the player to the left of the player that paid the big blind and give each player the chance to raise, call or fold. Then, you need to deal the flop, 3 cards face up in the middle of the table that will be shared by all players to obtain the best hand. The betting process is repeated until every player have folded or called and then, the turn card is dealt and after the next round of betting, the river card – the last one. After the final round of betting the players that are still in the game are called to show their cards and the best hand will be the winner. On the other hand, the draw type regards the dealing of 5 cards to each player, starting with the player on your left. The rest of the cards must be placed in the middle and the table is open for betting. Allow each player to bet, change as many cards as they like. Then, a new round of betting will lead to the final winner after every player that is still in the game shows his cards. Then we have the stud poker, where you have to deal 2 cards face down and one card face up to the players. After the first round of betting you need to deal the fourth card face up to every player and open another round of betting. The fifth card will be dealt face up to each player as well as the sixth, but not before a new round of betting. After another round of betting the seventh and last card is dealt face down to each player and a final round of betting is opened. Finally, all players need to show their cards and decide the winner.
