Good organizational skills are necessary for a manager to successfully lead a crew or team of people. When a business depends on increasing job satisfaction or productivity, it may be necessary to bring in new management or train the existing management staff more fully. This can bring a fresh new look to the entire business. Employees are always grateful when business executives take an interest in their happiness and satisfaction with their jobs. When the executives are obviously concerned about the happiness of the entire staff, employees see this and their respect grows. When employees are happy, they will work harder, meet deadlines and excel in their positions.
