Review Of The Superlight Lacrosse Glove From Brine

Sports,Business
Proudly promoted as the light weight gloves within the Brine group, the Brine King Superlight lacrosse gloves weigh in at only 6oz. The significant reduction of weight is attained with a bettered development approach and the latest high-tech materials that is a 1st for the Superlight Series. They include a twin fabric build of high quality leather and high grade nylon knit providing longer resilience and stronger safety.

Additionally, they have fantastic back hand ventilation and dual density foam making them a fortress for your hands. You may get superior movement, versatility and breathability from the new palm style. They have a versatile floating cuff for easier adjusting that also assists in decreasing the stink. They is supplied in 12" and 13" sizing and are suitable for all players.

Positive points

Absolutely light glove The Brine King Superlight lacrosse gloves are just that, very light. They are very light; around 6oz which is yet again... insanely lightweight! Brine have been prepared to greatly lower the weight by substituting core materials with lighter ones.

Decent tiny finger safety The Brine King Superlight gloves do consider finger protection seriously and also have included a number of good quality features. They include an additional pad on the side which is manufactured to provide safety for your little finger. That is quite common on gloves nowadays, and I am glad it wasn't one of the things they excluded in their path to super light gloves.

Good feeling and break in quickly The grip on the gloves is very great, which is another outstanding feature of them. It is pretty soft, has a nice texture and is set to perform from the beginning. When playing with a taped shaft the hold was extremely good but I believe a bit too good. You only require a handle which has a small amount of grip for them.

When you initially wear them, the Brine King Superlight's feel amazing. The break in time is practically zero and in no time they have adapted to your hands. Massaging the gloves softened them up and you might have to do this to the thumb. The damp didn't have a lot of impact on the palm material. Other gloves do lose grip when wet and it's good to see that these still function.

Hands stay dry & cool The Superlight's gloves possess two air flow locations on the palms and the fingers. Made to continue to keep your hands free of moisture are the fine mesh implants in the palm which enhance air flow. The fine mesh sections in the fingers also add extra air-flow.

The Superlights are intended to soak up extra moisture with the addition of Brine's outstanding moisture management liner. In top performance gear, these liners are a common inclusion and do the job effectively. At the price tag of these gloves I am pleasantly surprised to find out it's included. The one thing to watch, or sniff for, is the smell mainly because they do become slightly smelly after some time.

Aspects to watch out for

Don't expand much past the hand The Brine King Superlight gloves don't run much further past your wrist, but this seems to be the way it is for gloves nowadays. This lower profile design appears to be very prevalent, but I do not really like how brief they are. The upside is that the wrist movement is not actually obstructed at all.

Overall protection is so-so The protection at the back of the hand and fingers may be the major point of discussion for these gloves. It isn't what you would call great; rather that it's just okay. When I pushed the foam, there was not the same stiffness and hardness which you get from leading gloves. I felt hard slashes through the gloves and I think that I could have been hit harder. Should you compete in a group that hits hard, you're gonna feel it. This reduction in coverage may be a result of the weight reduction efforts, but let's pray not.

Summary

You would unquestionably have to agree that the Brine King Superlight lacrosse gloves are great gloves, specifically once you've played with them for a bit. They're not exactly what I'd call superb; but they are not horrible either It is unfortunate to report that their toughness or their protection does not really impress me. For people playing in leading leagues, I just cannot envisage these gloves being in the position to cut the mustard.

These gloves would probably be best suited to defensive positions and players that play in teams where the checking isn't that hard. These would probably be best suited for defenders and high school players. With the smallest size being 12, they're not devised for junior competitors. However the Brine King Superlight lacrosse gloves are light, comfortable, have great hold and take little time to break-in.
