Certification of invoice issuing taxpayers in cargo transportindustry, 29 working days; 8. Issuing tax certificates for foreign payments under trade inservices and other items, without taxes collected, within 5 days;while with taxes collected, within the date when the applicationsare accepted. 9. Issuing Certificates of Chinese Fiscal Residents, within 15 workingdays; 10. Applying for Tax Agreement Treatments, within 20 working days; 11. Adjustment of invoice issuing amounts, within 7 working days; 12. Unblocking invoice table comparison differences, within 2 workingdays; 13. Examination and approval of invoice issuing of highest amount ofRMB 80 million, within 13 working days; 14. Examination and approval of sponsorship invoice, within 7 workingdays; 15. Applying for issuing negative invoices, within 7 working days.
