After the meeting or task of conducting the presentation to the one prospect, if they do show up, your new distributor is now enraged that the other person or both her dead certain prospects did not show up and so he/she contacts them immediately after the presentation or very early the next day. When your new distributor eventually contacts the people that did not attend the presentation, every single one of those people has an iron clad bullet proof alibi as to why they could not attend the presentation. Also, each of those people who did not attend the presentation will always commit to definitely being at the next presentation that your new distributor informs them of. The next scheduled presentation arrives and again those same prospects do not arrive to attend the meeting. When your new distributor calls those people to find out why they couldn’t make the presentation they all have iron clad bullet proof alibis again. So the saga continues where your new distributor's prospects commit to attending the next scheduled presentations and they just never do attend them. Why aren’t your new distributors never at the scheduled presentations? It is because they were never meant to be there to begin with. These people, rather than tell your new distributor that they are not coming to the presentations because they do not want to hurt your new distributor's feelings or face a confrontation, they just avoid the issue by telling your new distributor that they will come to the presentation knowing full well that they will never attend the presentation. If these people bump into your new distributor they will just make up any excuse that comes into their heads. This is the realty of the prospecting market in the network marketing industry. Some of those prospects might sincerely have wanted to attend the presentations but because most people are so disorganized and not serious about what they do and how they tackle it and do not work or have appointment books or schedules that they create and can refer to, they just simply miss the date and time of the presentations due to their lack of dedicated commitment to what their goals are in life and what and how they are to seriously achieve them. What also happens is that most people schedule their lives around the television and just forgot because they weren’t serious about it enough to schedule it into their phones or appointment books.
