When you open the window in the morning, pleasantly warm sunshine will run into your heart. You will find you are so lucky that you do not sleep too late. You catch up with the ranks of normal people’s life and are able to go all out in work freely. Have a breath of fresh air and exhale the depression in heart. Even if there is no one to fight together, you can keep up your spirits and spend your time happily. Think about it-the days that you spent alone have been long. Since you stepped into society to work, you had to face and think all problems and then solved them one by one. For example, rent a room to settle and you may want to decorate it with a colored elastic ribbon. Sometimes when you happened to meet someone who was willing to help you, you became more amazed and glad to meet the life friend and come across good teachers and helpful friends, then you are no longer lonely, no longer sigh the fate of their tricks. Even if you are old, you will feel you are still young, because you have the mind and vigor of the young. No matter when you stay alone or gather with other people, the sunshine of life will follow you forever. There is not merely sunshine in sunny days. Even if in rainy days, there is still sunshine shining around. As long as you do not hide into wet dark place, your mind and body will be healthy as usual. In order not to be knocked down by storm wind, wet all over and get a cold, you will run back home in time and change clean clothes. When the rain stops and wind goes, you will appear with a new look in front of people so as to make others look at you with new eyes. “Aha, why did you not wash away by the flood?”” Ha-ha, I am Monkey Sun; I can come back to Flower and Fruit Mountain with a fall and enjoy the land of idyllic beauty. If demons and ghosts murder my master and want to put me to death, I have 72 masks and fight against their dirty tricks. As long as there is sunshine in your heart, every day will be full of sunshine. When the sunshine is too strong, you will keep away from the exposure of the sun's ultraviolet rays. Because when the summer comes, the scorching sunshine at times does not distinguish black and white. The one who is against it will be burnt scars of wound. What would you do when you were to have sunstroke? Drink a mouth of cold water, have a piece of red watermelon or have a rest on the floor quietly, and then your body will recover quickly. You will cherish the days you are alive and live every minute and second meaningfully. Whether the previous culture or experience is beneficial to you, it could only be tested through your practice. Things of a tremendous difference cannot be mixed together. Whether facing a person or an object, you must distinguish it from the complex matters and find feathers of all aspects through the exposure of sunshine. If you want to make your life full of shine, apart from your masculinity, you also need pleasantly warm surrounding environment and sunshine to influence you at all times. Only when you are enlightened by the sunshine on your own, others can find your existence. Even if you fall down in the place with light, you will be easy to find and rose by the passersby and give you the chance to move forward. When rain and fog linger like boundless sea, you need more courage to go outside and move around. You go to the other place to borrow some sunshine, drive away the cold in your body, and adjust yourself, rising and dredging the whole body meridians. Thus, you can deal with all kinds of difficulties and situations and retrieve hopes and dreams. Life is full of sunshine everywhere and sunshine is fair to everybody. If you need sunshine, you can get its warmth. So just like me, open your arm and heart to embrace sunshine. Really, sunshine is here and there!
