It has been said over the years, so it is not something to new to hear that India is a country which defines unity in diversity. There are scores of people of different religions and ethnicity. The country oozes out diversity from Kashmir to Kaniyakumari. Have you ever thought that what connects all of us together? What is the one thing which invokes the feeling of being an Indian amongst all of us? There are lot of things which pops up in the head if we think of India as whole. India is not the same it was 50 years back. The country is definitely not a snake charming country anymore. Lets emphasis on the one thing which connected all Indian in a pattern of words way back in 1950. The national anthem can be described as an apt effort by Rabindranath Tagore to glorify India in words. National Anthem is all about keeping the age old tradition alive in the modern world. . It is difficult for common people to understand or grasp abstract concepts. Patriotism is an abstract concept. That is why symbols are created so that we can understand this abstract concept better. National flags or national anthems are symbols of patriotism/nationalism. A citizen can show his love or pride of his nation by respecting these symbols. So do you feel the same about our national anthem? Do not limit your feeling of patriotism only to selected days. Rise and shine amongst other Indians and support the imperial cause of supporting the National anthem. The national anthem in India holds a special feeling in the hearts of its people, as India is a land of different languages and diverse cultures. The national anthem is one such aspect that binds everyone from Kashmir to Kanyakumari and from Mumbai to Arunachal Pradesh and emits the feeling of patriotism and oneness.
