Running is one of the best ways to burn calories and a person can burn up to 275 calories per mile. This can add up to up to over 1000 calories burned per hour! Once you have conditioned your body enough, start running at a faster speed. The faster you run, the quicker you will burn fat and lose weight. Do not forget to eat right when you are running to lose weight. Food is energy, so it is imperative that you eat enough calories to sustain your exercise program. Lastly, do not forget to have fun. It may take a little time to get your routine down, but stick with it and you can lose weight, get healthy and have fun!
