And the best view of HK Island skyline is from the Kowloon waterfront - the Avenue of Stars at Tsim Sha Tsui. Avenue of the Stars is the local version of the Hollywood Walk of Celebrity and celebrates the flick stars of HK theatre. It is found on Kowloon's beach promenade and offers amazing perspectives, nighttime and daytime, of the HK skyline and Victoria Harbor. The Avenue can be reached from the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station or the Star Ferry terminal. A Symphony of Lights (best observed from the Avenue of the Stars) is an impressive light and laser show, from more than forty buildings on either side of Victoria Harbor, synchronized to music and staged each night at 8:00pm. On Monday, Wed. and Fri. , the light show is in English. Other nights it is in Mandarin or Cantonese. Spectators can tune their radios to FM103.4MHz for English (FM106.8 for Cantonese or FM107.9 for Mandarin). During one of Hong Kong's many holidays there may be impressive fireworks (esp. Chinese New Year). Victoria Top - Enjoy the wonderful view of HK from the lookout on Victoria Top. The view embodies HK Island, Kowloon and Victoria Harbor and is wonderful viewing nighttime and daytime. Take the Top Circle Walk or go right to the Lugard Road Lookout for lovely perspectives over the harbor. There are rather more great vistas from the Lions View Point Pavilion and the viewing patio at the Top Galleria, as well as the Top Tower Sky Patio. There are several walking tracks round the top that offer nice perspectives of every side of the island. There are 2 shopping centers: The Top Tower and The Top Galleria, which provide eateries, a superstore, and keepsake shops. Additionally, you may visit Madame Tussauds - The internationally renowned wax museum now includes more than one hundred fantastic wax likenesses of stars, global leaders and sporting heroes displayed in 5 absolutely interactive themed settings in the Top Tower complicated. The famous old top tram runs from Central [Lower Top Tram Station on Garden Road] to the Top or take the breathtaking bus to the Top [Bus fifteen from Exchange Square bus station ( MTR HK Station Exit D ), half an hour to Victoria Peak]. The park is really busy around Chinese New Year but has short queues the majority of the year. Sea Park is an entertainment park on the southern side of HK Island. The park has many rides including roller coasters.There are plenty of aquariums and the hottest attraction is the giant pandas.
