Regulate your page for spam. Filters are available to help stop spam before it even appears. Keeping vigilant and using all of the tools available to you to prevent spam can help your business to flourish.

Facebook is a great content sharing tool. It is not just a place for chatting, but a great place to share content too. Treat Facebook in that way. Make sure that you incorporate professional posts about your product on your page. You'll find that Facebook tends to drive a lot of traffic!

Use Facebook as a customer service tool. Invite customers to send you questions, comments or complaints by commenting on your Facebook page. This is a great way to display your excellent customer service policies. Answer questions in details and offer refunds or new products right away to the customers who complain.

It needs to be the same with your Facebook page.

Facebook has become almost a second website for many businesses. After being of Facebook for a number of years and comparing traffic results from Facebook and to the official business website, many businesses are finding they have more Facebook traffic than they do on their home website. This is a great way to expand your presence on the Internet.

Become an authority in your field. Using the right strategies, Facebook can be a wonderful tool for building respect in your field. Seize all the opportunities available for commenting and answering questions that are related to your expertise. This gets your brand out to more people, which means more fans for you.

Take advantage of any features Facebook allows you to create custom sub-pages through use of tabs. In addition to your main wall where posts and comments show up, make dedicated pages for any specific topics to your business. Also take advantage of the Reply feature getting rolled out to respond directly to particular comments on an individual basis. Facebook allows for both group and individual communication simultaneously.
