The code name of Maruti Ertiga is Maruti R3. It is an amazing car. Exterior of Maruti Ertiga: The Maruti Ertiga is designed in Japan by the Suzuki’s design wing. However, this automobile is purely made for the Indian car market. The length of this car is shorter in comparison to the other MPVs plying on Indian roads. The width and height of this MPV is generally 1695mm and 1685mm respectively. There is the 15 inches of alloy wheels. This ensures smooth ride in the road. Interior of Maruti Ertiga: The interior of Maruti Ertiga can boasts of its seating capacity. The Maruti designers have put all their efforts to give a satisfying product. Ertiga is based on the Maruti Swift’s platform. It comes with 4+2 speakers and USB compatibility as well. Engine of Maruti Ertiga: Both petrol and diesel options are available on Maruti Ertiga. Both the variants i.e. petrol and diesel consist of 4 cylinder in-line arrangement in the engine. The 1.4-litre petrol is efficient. It also has sufficient torque to potter around in the city. There is a certain amount of torque bag in the 1.3-litre multijet. The power is sufficient if once it is within the torque range.
