So here are a few tips on what people you should be looking for and their specific skills for your needs. A software architect is definitely a must; they are the person who will put together the bigger picture. They will create the blueprints to your system and produce diagrams which the other member of your team will have to follow. This person will be the highest paid member of your team and you may not need them forever. Software designer. They will design the components of the application, when this is broken down you will be able to see the individual parts all doing their own job which collectively make up the full application, again someone who has a computrabajo will have gone to college in order to fill this position. System or software analyst. They will support the designer and the architect. This role involves collecting information so that the requirements and specifications are correct they will also have a good head for seeing things from the business point of view. Software engineer. Once again a computrabajo is needed for this role this person creates the codes and understands a bit of everything that is going on with yourapplication.
