Having chronic constipation can lead to some serious diseases. The food you eat should move through your gastrointestinal system and colon easily and in a specific time. Don't be afraid of cracked wheat, cornmeal, cut oats, raw cabbage, onions and celery. They are far better than refined flour and the package foods that flood the market. They may save some labor in the kitchen, but they produce constipation."
