There is a lot more to Fort McMurray than mobile workers and oil sands. The free live music and local talent are only two of the hits of the show. Bring the kids along to enjoy the 25 carnival rides - all of which are powered by vegetable oil! The Big Spirit Festival normally runs from late August into early September. If carnival rides and live music are not your thing, how about summer or winter fishing.
