The Seattle Seahawks isn’t also that far behind. So, what team are you rooting for? Well, whatever your team may be, it’s important for you to know the offseason moves that could change how the upcoming season is going to play out. So without further adieu, here are some of the newest updates from NFL. Baltimore Ravens: Signed Linebacker Daryl Smith A week ago, the Ravens did a press release on the signing of the veteran linebacker Daryl Smith. The 31-year old and 9-year veteran has had 126 career games with 124 starts. Although injury limited him in the 2012 season, he was able to start and looked good for the last two games for the Jacksonville Jaguars. The signing is a significant one owing to the fact that Ravens’ Jameel McClain is still recovering from a bruised spinal cord and rookie Arthur Brow just had a surgery. Buffalo Bills: Signed Doug Legursky Also a week ago, it was reported that the Buffalo Bills have signed veteran offensive lineman Doug Legursky. There weren’t any details about the contract at the time but a recent update has shined a light on the signing. Legursky signed a 2-year contract that is worth $2 million. The current offensive linesmen of the Buffalo are young and lack experience so that signing makes a lot more sense for the team. New England Patriots: Signed Tim Tebow One of the loudest buzz not only in the NFL but in the entire world of sport was the recent signing of Tim Tebow by the New England Patriots. It was reported just a few days ago that the Patriots was trying to sign the former Jets and Broncos quarterback. Well, it’s finalized now although details about the contract have yet to be revealed. A pretty valid angle to the signing suggest that the Patriots are trying to find a replacement for the current second-string quarterback Ryan Mallet who’s contract is due for next year and could serve as a trade bait for the team.
